• ungeeks sells custom-printed statement and graphic t-shirts and related apparel/merchandise.

2. Products & Designs

• All designs, artwork, and graphics displayed on our products are original creations or licensed for use by ungeeks, unless otherwise stated.
• Colors, print placement, and fabric texture may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to display settings and manufacturing processes.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any design or product at any time without prior notice.

3. Content & Design Disclaimer

• Some designs sold on ungeeks may contain bold, satirical, edgy, or provocative graphics, language, or imagery ("statement" or "graphic" designs) that reflect youth/pop-culture themes.
• These designs are intended for mature audiences capable of interpreting satire, humor, and stylistic expression appropriately. Buyer discretion is advised.
• Product listings will indicate where a design contains strong language or explicit imagery; however, interpretation of "explicit" or "offensive" content is subjective, and by purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this.
• ungeeks does not intend to promote hate speech, discrimination, or content that violates applicable laws. Any design flagged as violating this policy will be removed upon review.

4. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Ungeeks is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Since products are custom-printed, we accept returns/exchanges only for manufacturing defects, printing errors, or damage during transit, reported within [5 days] of delivery with photo/video proof.
• Size exchanges (where applicable) are subject to stock availability.

7. Intellectual Property
